⚖️ Justice, Due Process & Accountability: Protecting Everyone Under the Law 👑⭐

Justice begins with fairness, due process, and equal treatment under the law. No individual should be subjected to harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or improper treatment simply because someone holds a badge or another position of authority.

Law enforcement and other public officials have an important responsibility to exercise their authority within the boundaries of the law. 

When government authority is misused to deprive someone of their constitutional rights, that can raise serious concerns involving “color of law” a legal concept involving actions taken under the apparent authority of law that unlawfully interfere with a person’s rights.

That is why proper court procedures matter. 

Allegations should be handled through established processes, evidence should be evaluated fairly, and individuals should NOT be subjected to public intimidation or personal harassment. 

A badge should represent responsibility and accountability NOT immunity from the rules everyone else is expected to follow.
