Last night was one of those beautiful, unexpected moments that reminds you just how powerful community can be.
I’m so glad and truly happy that we were able to secure so many Barbz tickets for the X Takeover. What started as an impromptu buying party to gain access to the X Take Over quickly became something so much bigger, a room full of people coming together, supporting each other, and making sure the Barbz, Romanz, and Kenz had a seat at the table whether it be through volunteering or attending the actual event, the Barbz got the connect!
A huge thank you to @teslaownersSV for taking the time to work with us and opening your event to our community. You truly didn’t have to help Barbz secure tickets last night, but you saw the bridge between our worlds and decided to make it happen. That gesture meant so much, and we genuinely appreciate the kindness, openness, and effort you showed the Barbz, Romanz, and Kenz community.
And of course, thank you to @NICKIMINAJ for bringing us all together. I want you to know that the Barbz, Romanz, and Kenz will always show up for you and support you in ways you couldn’t even imagine. When we stand united, there is nothing like us.
Over these past few years, we’ve watched our community grow in so many ways. We’ve become more protective (better to be SAFE than SORRY), more caring, and more intentional, not only about looking out for one another, but also about protecting Nicki Minaj’s legacy and everything she has built.
We all love that so much.
Last night was a reminder that when different communities recognize what connects them, something special can happen. One invitation opened a door, and the Barbz, Romanz, and Kenz walked through it together.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the impromptu buying party, everyone who helped another Barb secure a ticket, and everyone who showed up with love and excitement.
